I have windows 7 and am being asked to upgrade to Parallels 11. Aren't they incompatible? If so, why do I constantly get prompted to upgrade? And how do I simply renew my Parallels 10 license???? And better yet, since I do not plan to upgrade Windows 7, how can I buy Parallels 10 and eliminate the reminders and fees that go along with Parallels? Same goes for Kaspersky.
Hello Joe, Windows 7 is compatible with Parallels Desktop 11, if you do not want to upgrade to Parallels Desktop 11 , you can keep running Parallels Desktop 10 which can also run Windows 7 with no issues.
