Windows 7 desktop to Mac questions

    I am looking into the Desktop to Mac version and have a couple questions:
    1. Is any authentication necessary when Windows 7 migrates to its new home?
    2. What happens to the Windows 7 Implementation? Does it get deactivate, lose its key, get effected in any way?
