I just tried to start my windows 7 VM, but when it is booting it starts a check and tries to repair the windows installation. Then I get the message, that it can not repair windows. I did a backup of the Parallels folder now and try to reinstall windows, but I wonder if there is any other way to repair the windows installation without starting with a complete fresh windows. Is there a way to repair windows and get all installed software again? Or in the worst case: Is there a way to copy a folder from the VM even if it does not startup? Starting in safemode does not work either...I get the same "I can not repair windows" message and I can only restart then.
