For a few weeks now, I have been getting frequent critical errors. It got so bad yesterday that I simply could not keep working with Parallels on. I had to shut it off and only work on the MAC OS side. The critical errors just kept pillng on and on. I then noticed that there was an upgrade to v12. So I said, what the heck, what do I have to loose? So I did the upgrade and the errors went away for a few hours. Windows is still a bit slow especially when using Outlook for Windows. Today, the errors are back, still not as frequent as yesterday but starting to become annoying. And Windows 7 still slow. trying to get this fixed, I looked for support options and to the best of my understanding, I only have email support available. So I filled out the forms and got to the last step where it asked support code. I entered that in and it says its not valid!!! What's up with that? Can anyone help?
