I'm running Windows 7 through parallels desktop 7 on my MacBook Lion OS. All was fine, then one day Windows 7 would no longer let me log on. After attempting to enter my password I get "The user name or password is incorrect" and no matter what I do I can't get in. Help please - I am technically challenged! The folks at Windows are of no help since I'm running on a Mac and I can't seem to get any support help at Parallels either, since my initial 30 days are long gone!
