When attempting to use my USB TV Tuner, (it has been recognized and configured by WMC), I get a message that says, "Video Error Files needed to display video are not installed or are not working correctly. Restart Windows Media Center or restart the computer.

I have restarted the WMC program and the virtual machine. Both had no effect. Does the Parallels video driver for Windows 7 support the live television function of the Windows Media Center? I also received a similar message when trying to watch Internet TV using the WMC.

    Same problem without the tuner

Environment is a fresh install of Windows 7 on the latest build of Desktop with the Tools installed. I get the same message after trying to play an exisiting DVR-MS file or a Internet TV video. Based on other postings about DirectX I checked the video card configuration. Set for 3D which I belive, based on the docimentation, makes it a DirectX compatible video card. Increased memory to 256 as well.

As a note, on my XP machine, the video plays on Windows Media Player but no sound.

All videos do play successfuly on the same OS when running on a native Intel PC.
