Windows 7 OEM and Parallels?

    Can someone please tell me how Windows OEM works with Parallels?

    The OEM software links itself to your computer hardware, and I'm wondering how this works with P?

    I just got an OEM copy of Windows 7 that's not tied to any machine yet.

    What happens when I want to reformat and reinstall OS X? Will my OEM copy still work with P once it's reinstalled?
