Windows 7 on Mac with Parallels, internet trouble

After Installing Windows 7 (Clean installation) at my Mac with Parallels 7 I can't get on the internet. I need drivers for my network adapter? I don't know how to handle this. Internet works fine on the Mac partition.

 

you need to install Parallels Tools from Virtual Machine menu --> Install Parallels Tools. It will get you network driver.
