Print jobs sent to this service are stuck in the print queue. Printer status shows as "Offline", which might be standard behaviour anyway. In "Printers and Faxes" section of Control Panel, default printer is set to my Laserjet M1536dnf. I can print from apps if I choose that or the inkjet printer I have, just not the print to PDF service.

I have reinstalled Parallels Tools, no change. I feel this problem started with the upgrade to Version 15?
