    Hello;

    I am running 64 bit Windows 7 using Parallels 5 for Mac Build 9344. Use it mostly for work email access. Working fine with Parallel Tools and Internet Security up until a couple days ago.

    I chose update on Kaspersky internet security and after that it seemed that anything in Windows 7 ran VERY slow. Takes for ever for internet explorer to open, for any window to open, lots of things just hang.

    I then uninstalled Parallels Internet Security and everything seemed to work. Tried to reinstall Internet Security which did nothing. Then clicked on reinstall Parallel Tools -it then said an update was incomplete so did a roll back and then installed. Then after this everything seems to run very slow..

    So i think the issue is with Tools or Internet Security but not quite sure...

    Help!

    I had some issues with Parallels Internet Security, uninstalled and installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2010. Network issues and crashes seemed to resolve, but a lot of CPU use when seen from the Mac side. I now am using Symantec antivirus client and have so far been happy with it.

    If you are not sure which is slowing things down uninstall one at a time using Windows uninstall and see if it helps. Don't connect to any sites you are unsure of without an antivirus program, and don't install an antivirus program without fully uninstalling all others first and rebooting.
