Windows 7 Ult 64Bit won't restart... (freezed) How to do "hard" reset ???

So I using Lion + newest Parallels 7 + Windows 7 Ultimate 64. I tried to copy something over network, after 30 seconds I tried to cancel it, whole Explorer.exe freezed so I tried to restart process but whole machine freezed, then I tried to restart it from Parallels and it was it, Windows won't restart through Parallels, all options are grey and I can't do anything, I tried to restart Parallels and start again this VM but I can't as I still see "Rebooting..."

How to reboot it like in ESXi ??? That really weird for me that I can't make "hard" reset from host and I never used Mac before or Parallels (I bought few days ago) and normally I'm using ESXi + VMWare and I never had that problem before...


Is there any way to reboot it ????
