Not sure why Windows hangs at the downloading screen. My virtual machine has internet access (I can surf the web using Chrome). Anyway, Windows can no longer update - I get the message to install the update - then click on it - but it will always get stuck at the downloading screen (always saying zero bytes downloaded). See the attached screen shot.
