Has anyone else been experiencing this? I have Windows 7 set to update every night, and it's failed every night for about a week. Seems the problem is most likely related to an "important" update for "Update for Windows 7 for 64-based Systems". It fails each night and then tries again the next day, automatically shutting down windows over night as it tries to install the update, then giving an error bubble about the failure to install.

Would appreciate anyone's help, especially if you've experienced the same problem! I'm running Parallels 7 on a Macbook Air 2011.

    Thanks!

You try updating it manually. You choose a driver first then go to the control panel and open device manager. Now locate your hardware device, right click on it and inside the property tab click driver and then update driver. Once the driver is updated select auto update to increase the security of your PC and save your time.
