Windows 7 Upgrade for Dell?

    Hi all,

    This is probably a dumb question but I just got a Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade from eBay.

    On one of the DVDs it says:

    "For Use Only as an Upgrade to a Qualifying Dell"

    Does anybody know if I can still use this upgrade with Parallels 5 on my iMac?

    (I currently have Parallels virtual machines for both XP and Vista.)
