Windows 7 vs. Vista vs. XP

    I have just purchased a new MacBook Pro, 2.4 ghz, Intel i5, 4mb memory and will be installing Parallels 6. My question is which Windows OS is the best or most efficient in P6. I am upgrading from a white MacBook running Parallels 5 and XP. Thanks in advance for any input or suggestions.
