Windows 8.1, Yosemite 10.10.1 and Parallels 10 Compatibility

    Before I updated to Yosemite 10.10.1 I was able to open Windows programs by using Spotlight or Alfred on the Mac. Since the update the icon for the program to be opened appears in the dock with the Parallels logo, as it did before the Yosemite update, but now the actual program window fails to open. Any suggestions?

    All help is greatly appreciated!
