I'm currently setting up my VM as Windows 98 on my Macbook in order to use Quickbooks. It looks like everything is going to work out for the most part, but I have a few reamining questions. Now that I realized I don't have the option to burn discs using my Macbook drive, I need to find another way to transfer my QB backups to my accountant. In the past, we always used CDrs to transfer, but he can also bring in a flash USB drive and connect that way. Unfortunately, at this time I do not have a flash drive to test this procedure. Will I be able to use an external plug in flash drive on a Windows 98 VM? Also, would I be able to burn discs if I use an external USB recorder with a third party application instead of my built in recorder? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
