I'm using Parallels on both my Air and Mac Pro. On both I find that some Windows menus and windows will annoyingly "pop" or animate on to the screen. It's especially annoying for menus. It's funny because some apps do it (Visual Studio 2008, SQL Server Management Studio) while some don't (Visual Studio 2010). No matter what I disable - Aero, hardware acceleration, etc, etc - in either Windows or Parallels I can't get them to stop. Please help!
