Windows application fails to capture IE 10 information under Parallels Desktop

I'm not sure if this question has been asked. My guest OS is Windows 7 and here is my problem that I am having.

When a new IE windows (a pop-up windows of a web page) opens, my Windows application fails to capture the new windows. However, if I save the IE web page to the parallel desktop (it saves to the MAC desktop(??), so I need to drag it to the windows desktop) and open it with IE, my Windows application are able to capture it. I have set "open the web in Windows" in the Parallels settings already, but the Windows application are still not able to capture the 'pop-up' IE windows. Any help will be appreciated
