Windows Apps obscure Windows task bar

I just upgraded to Parallels 4, and after uninstalling and reinstalling the Parallels Tools, I've finally gotten it to work right (Coherence works, the mouse is released automatically, drag and drop works). However, when I open Windows applications now, they cover up the Windows task bar at the bottom of the screen. There's probably a simple solution. I just don't know what it is. Can anybody help?

 

Right-click on taskbar -> Properties -> check 'Keep the taskbar on top of other windows' box
