Windows ARM - Windows Not Staying Minimized in Coherence

When in coherence mode, minimizing a window (i.e. Outlook or Teams) will result in the window being minimized but then popping right back up within a split second. It happens after a minute of so of entering coherence mode. I opened a ticket with Parallels but I'm not sure if/when the issue might be addressed. Anybody else experiencing this as it makes it almost impossible to work in coherence mode. Im using the latest buid of Windows ARM and Parallels is up to date. It happens on the previous build of Windows ARM as well so I think the issue is native to Parallels and coherence mode.
