Hi, I have an issue with bootguard on my windows VM and I need to boot into CD first with the windows disk, but the VM boots too fast! It goes directly from the "Configuration window" into the "Press any key to boot from CD ... bootguard". I don't see / have the time to press any key to boot with the CD that I already see this boot screen. Is there a way to slow down the boot process or send a key to so that it can boot from the CD?

In Step 4 of this article, instead of moving 'CD/DVD' to the top of the list under Hardware -> Boot Order -> Boot order, just remove the checkmarks from all the devices in that list except 'CD/DVD'. Then, please close the window and check for the issue.
