Windows desktop icons moving / rearranging themselves randomly in fullscreen mode

Hi guys,

My first post, so please be gentle!

I've just migrated over from VMware fusion to Parallels 8, most of it went very smoothly indeed - just one issue that is a deal breaker for me:

I do a lot of work / demonstrations in Windows 7, and have around 15 desktop icons with the presentations in them.

When I shutdown Windows 7, and re-start next time, all the icons have moved around ..

This only happens if I shutdown when Windows7 was displayed Full screen by Parallels8, in window mode everything comes back up the way it was.

I tested the same thing with Windows XP guests, and the same happens there too.

I have spent a few hours tweaking settings in parallels8 and can't figure out how to fix this.

This is a new one on me, as it never happens on VMware (although there are other issues on VMware.)

Am I missing something?
