Windows Disks folder, Windows Applications folder, .mem file

All of a sudden when i log into XP- those 3 items are being created on desktop.

2 folders and my boot camp.mem

I reinstalled parallels and that didnt help.

when i delete those files, they get recreated once i log back into XP
