Windows dont start after installation reboot

Hi i install parrallel 12 on my dualcore early 2009 imac...i run yosemite and parrallel loaded ok first but while installing windows...every file went checked ok and then it said to complete installation windows need to reboot and then it reboot to a endless spinning pie like nothing happen 24 hour running....help please

 

Hi Lesf, please un check "Express Installation" from Parallels Wizard at the beginning of the installation and let us know if that works. If the issue still persists. please help us with the screenshots, we will check and assist you further.
