Message: "Windows did not shut down successfully". Dialog box offers actions such as "start Windows Normally" or "Safe Mode". Problem is, this dialog box is unresponsive. What do I do?
Hello Thomas,place your mouse pointer inside Virtual Machine area where it shows the message and use arrow keys to navigate and choose the option. To avoid the error "Windows did not shut down successfully" in future, please click Start menu on Windows > click Shutdown and check if the issue still persisting.
