Windows Icon issue in Mac Doc

When I run a Windows application prior to build 5160 I would have the icon of the application in my doc. If I ran IE6 I would have the IE icon on my doc with the little parallels icon. Now when I run it I have just a small parallels icon but no IE icon. I have attached a screen shot. Is anyone else having this? Any assistance would be fantastic. When I am in coherence and I have 3 or 4 windows programs open its nice to be able to see what is what.

 

One more quick note. It does not matter what program I open up....I get the same thing.

Please, check your configuration settings.
When your VM is on, before Windows has started, click "Configuration" -> "Shared applications".
Find "Show in dock" option and choose "Always".
