July 8, 2017 finished installation of latest update. After tools reboot my mouse cursor disappears when it is clicked once and reappears on second click. Unable to close windows or select anything in windows. As usual, couldn't have happened at a worse time. This is a business computer & clients are waiting for files. When looking through the self support pages the relevant links are dead ends. Information was too old and was removed. I am very disappointed with the Parallels support options. My work is effectively shut down until I can get find a support phone number which is very well hidden. Do they not want to be bothered.
The Windows mouse is working now after shutting down everything & rebooting the 3rd time. BTW, I did finally manage to find the links to the phone # and tech support text window but both said 30 day support was over & to purchase additional support. So I did a search for it..... couldn't find it. Even the link they gave went nowhere. So many roadblocks to get support
