Hi! I am running Windows XP through Parallels 5.0 on a MacBook Pro with Mac OS 10.6.2. Yesterday I tried grabbing a large folder (~6 GB) from a network PC, while in Coherence mode. I right clicked on the Windows XP Applications Folder on the Dock and clicked to "Show in Finder." I then dragged the large folder from the network location over to the Windows XP Applications Folder. It took a while to transfer, but afterward it seemed to have worked. But, I then restarted Windows XP and when it rebooted, the folder was gone. I can't seem to find it anywhere. I was able to get the folder I wanted by accessing the folder using the Windows Network, while not in Coherence Mode, and putting it somewhere other than the Windows XP Applications Folder. But, my question is: What happened to the folder from the first file transfer? Was it deleted? Or, is it still hiding somewhere on my computer as an invisible folder? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
