Windows not available to all users

    I added a new user account in the mac os then logged off and on with the new user - when I run parallels it does not see the windows os - is this the way it is supposed to work or can I make the windows os available to the second user?

    Thanks for the info - Mac Mall preinstalled the parallels and win 8 - you think they would have installed it for all users
