Hi everyone, my windows interface is not working. Computer was running and parallels was open and when I went to click on any of the buttons NOTHING! The letters START are not on my green button and all of the programs that were in the task bar cannot be activated. The whole of the desktop window is not active. I have parallels for desktop 3.0 for mac and was just considering the upgrade. I have obviously tried shutting down and then reloading windows but that didnt work, then I shut down the whole computer and that didnt work. Parallels interface reloads with programs that were in the task bar in previous shut down. I am loathe to use the install and uninstall as I know that one false step can lead to corruption of the mac system. Anyone ever have this sort of issue before? Would appreciate any advice, thanks
