When I start Quicken in Windows 7 within Parallels, the program starts but the icon won't expand into a window, neither in Coherance nor Windowed mode. It seems to be running in the background, I just can't open a window to use the program. (Parallels build 9.0.24172)
I did, but that wasn't the problem. It turned out the problem was the pixel resolution in Windows 7 was too high. The program would startup and be active, but couldn't form a window, so it stayed as an icon on the launch bar at the bottom of my Windows screen. Reduced the pixel resolution to a reasonable size and the Windows programs formed windows once again, and was also able to run in Coherence mode. Thank you, Mark
