When I hit the question mark it makes an "e" with an accent. Normally ctrl+shift is supposed to fix that. I've tried that and many other language input settings and nothing will fix it. Most of the suggestions I've found online aren't even available. For example when I click on some of the language input options in the Windows settings, they don't even do anything. In fact, a lot of the things I click don't do anything. I don't want to reinstall everything because I've spent a lot of time getting things setup. (Windows 11 arm, Macbook Air M1)
