Windows Taskbar on Multiple Spaces

Hi everyone,
Recent convert from VMware Fusion to Parallels here, and absolutely loving the product!
I have encountered an issue with a recent upgrade of Parallels. I am running the latest version of El Capitan with multiple Spaces and a Windows 10 VM in Coherence mode. When I was previously running Parallels 11.0.2-31348 I was able to switch Spaces and the Windows taskbar remained at the bottom of the screen in every Space. However, in the new version of Parallels the taskbar seems attached to the Space in which Parallels was launched and does not stick at the bottom of the screen when the Space is changed. Is there a configuration option I have missed somewhere to enable this feature?
