Windows Taskmanager problem

    Windows XP Pro
    Win Taskmanager is not displaying properly. No title bar with cancel button. Display section empty unless I start a program then the name of program displalys but with not details.
    Does any one have any ideas?

    Double click on the frame of the Taskmanager window.
