I'm new to Parallels. Running Windows 7 under MacOS Sierra.
When I open a W7 window (e.g., Windows Explorer, IE, Windows Update, most applications, etc.) I don't see what Microsoft calls the toolbar (it's near the top of the window and has the useful menus for File Edit View Favorites Tools, etc.). Is there a way to see this toolbar or is it disabled under Parallels for some reason? NOTE: I am NOT talking about the Windows Taskbar, which is at the bottom of the entire Windows desktop and includes the Start menu. The Taskbar is working fine.
I've asked Parallels support about this via email, but despite the same caveat about this NOT being the Taskbar, they responded as if that's what I meant. So I'm hoping someone here can provide some insight.

Hello RandyL1, pressing the ALT key will temporarily display the Menu Bar as well. You can then press ALT + the underlined letter of the menu item. For example ALT + F to open the File menu etc., Please check out this article if you still have the issue.
