I tried to upgrade my Windows XP VM to Vista. At the end of the process I got a terse error message and after hours of the grueling upgrade process I was returned to Windows XP Professional. I think it may have had something to do with Kaspersky but I have no real way of knowing. Version 3 had a specific menu choice in the Action menu to "Prepare for Vista upgrade". I have not been able to find any such feature in Version 4. Is there some choice that I should be making in Parallels Version 4 before trying to upgrade to Vista? I've searched all documentation and Knowledge Bases. Have found nothing. Questions to support have gone unanswered. Thank you for you help, MGK
