Windows virtual machine will not startup

    Can someone please tell me how to get a support ticket so I can talk to someone about my issue? I have a subscription that doesn't expire until Sept 2023. The only support choices I am given are Twitter, Telegram, Community Forum and FB Messenger. After a lightening strike two years ago it was easy to get a ticket number and speak with someone to resolve my problem. Now I cannot get a ticket. I've tried using FB Messenger but with 12 to 24 hours between questions and responses, this is not working. I've been without my virtual machine for 3 weeks now. I've not gotten any responses from this community and I don't do Twitter or Telegram. Can SOMEONE help me get the telephone support I pay for?

    Hello,

    To be able to open a support ticket, you will have to have your current Parallels Desktop license under the same email as your Parallels Account.
    In order to obtain phone/chat support, kindly follow the below steps:
    1. Sign in to your Parallels account using the link: https://my.myparallels.com/login
    Make sure your Parallels Desktop license is registered.
    2. Go to the Support page. ( https://my.parallels.com/support/ )
    3. Select your product and the category of your question.

    Enter a short issue description or key words into the search box.
    4. If you don't find the solution you are looking for, click "Request Support" and proceed to the Support contact options.
    Note: Parallels Desktop support is only provided in English.

    If you are facing an issue with your Windows Virtual machine , for us to further investigate the technical issue, kindly provide us with the following information:
    1. Detailed explanation, with all steps by steps followed, to reproduce the issue.
    2. Screenshot of error message you are receiving (if any).
    3. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
