If anybody can offer some help here.. it would be very much appreciated.

Yesterday, I made the mistake of trying to delete an old snapshot while the virtual machine was running! After a long wait - I received an error message stating that it could not delete the snapshot. But at that point Windows on the VM appeared to be working as normal.

However... this morning when I tried to start the VM - it now sits there trying to start (with the big black screen and the animated circular loading graphic) for ages - before telling me that it could not delete the snapshot! It does this every time I attempt to start it up.

Is there a way I can stop it from attempting to delete the snapshot when it starts, or am I able to somehow overide it so that it just tries to start up?

    Thanks for any advice.

What happens if you tell the VM - as it is trying to start up - to stop (via the VM menu)? Or to reset itself?
