When Mac OS-X Leopard wakes up from sleep, Parallels 3.0 (running Win XP) freezes and needs to be "Force Quit" to exit. How can I resolve this.

This is a real pain. Not only does it freeze up parallels, but everything has these sporadic freezes until you reboot the machine.
