I've tried installing Windows XP through Parallel Desktop a several times and always after the first 2 steps of the installation I get a message from the Windows installer saying something like ''please insert the CD 'Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2' and press Enter.'' After the first 2 steps it's obvious the CD is already there (and believe me, it is).
Apparently after copying the OS files and preparing for the ''Install Windows'' -part the CD somehow becomes unavailable to the VM.
Are there some settings I should change or should I try to use an .iso file instead? If I should use an .iso file instead, how do I create one using the Disk Utility?

    Thanks.
