i am running parallels 5 after upgrading from 4. It worked fine initially. However I recently upgraded from os 5 to os 6. The first time I opened xp it seemed to work but is has not worked since. Parallels opens and the xp seems to begin to open (i see something that briefly says ssi not installed) then it goes black. I tried uninstall and reinstall of parallels to no avail. Ive searched some of the troublshooting but i cant find what im looking for. Please help im running 5.0 9376 on a mac book pro os x10.6.8 with 2 gb memory 667 mhz ddr2 sdram. I scrolled through countless posts and cant seem to find it. can someone please help direct me to a way to troubleshoot the problem. Thanks very much
