Windows XP Pro: Reinstall after upgrade to 4.0?

    When I upgrade to version 4.0 of Parallels will I need to Re-install Windows XP Pro, or even re-activate XP? Or is it a simple upgrade of Parallels only and XP is already there I do not have to do anything ???? I am very curious - and still hesitant about upgrading.
