I'm using Parallels 7.0.15107 with Windows XP on a Retina MacBook Pro.. The work I do requires that the screen resolution in the VM be 1280x1024. I prefer to use the program in Full Screen Mode. When I do anything to exit Full Screen Mode and go back to Windowed Mode (Suspend, Shut Down, minimize, etc.) or vice versa, Dynamic Resolution under Parallels Tools changes the resolution of XP to fit the size of the window, as it should. However, I'd prefer if it didn't do that so that I don't have to readjust the resolution on XP to what I want every time I start the machine. I've tried to play around with the configuration so that the Tool is off, but the closest I've gotten is to prevent it from scaling small to big, but not when the window shrinks. I've also tried not using Mac OSX Full Screen, but the problem persists. Any ideas to keep it from scaling would be appreciated.

***Problem Solved. The Keep Ratio setting is functioning correctly now.
