Windows XP won't install

    We have three new MacBook Pros with Parallels 5 installed on them. When we set up a new VM, and point it to either an XP CD or ISO image, the VM just hangs with the spinning progress bar, and the Windows setup never launches. The only thing out of the ordinary is that these are joined to a Windows domain, but we are installing from a local account and not a network account. Any ideas on why we can't get the installation to start?
