When I open Parallels I am not able to connect to my wireless printers. I need to go through the process of deleting all wireless printers in windows XP then reinstall them using Bonjour. The only way that I can accomplish this is to close my anti virus software TrendMicro.

    Hello Joes,

Please try uninstalling the antivirus software ( TrendMicro ) and then restart the Virtual machine. Now, try connecting the wireless printer and then try printing.

Please let me know the status of the issue.

    Thank You.

    Wireless printer problem

I did uninstall Trend Micro antivirus, and it did seem to fix the problem. I opened Windows two time and both times the printer worked the first time. I will contact Trend Micro to determine if they can fix this problem. Thanks for your help. I've been putting up with this problem for a couple months and have avoided shutting down Windows because of it. When I lost the electrical power 2 times yesterday, I just got fed up with having to reinstall the printers each time. Thanks for your help.
