Won't install

Can't get this to install. It says it needs to download an update. I agree. It goes through a download process for the update. Nothing happens. When I press intall again, nothing happens.

Really hate that I can't get support from this company for a paid product. Evidently they require an activation key to request support, but I can't get that until I install, can I?

I also tried their zyanga call for support but that failed too.

Isn't there someplace I can go to to get support other than this forum since so far I have an unusable product and really deserve their help?
