Hi- I am working on a MAC, OS X. I use parallels specifically to use outlook for a work function that was not working on Entourage. I also have MSWord loaded in Parallels for opening documents when in outlook.
My issue is, on the MAC side, if I look for a document in the Finder and double click on it to open it, it defaults to the Word in Parallels- even if Parallels is not currently running. The system opens Parallels and launches Word to open the file. I just want it to open in the MAC Word program, but that only happens if I open MAC MS Word and "open file" and choose it that way. Is there something making the Parallels Word the default?
Any suggestions?
