On my XP/Parallels system (build 3186) there is always one Explorerwindow open ("c:\documents and settings\user\desktop'), this contains all the necessary apps that I use under XP. This using coherence. When I stop Parallels and later restart then all is fine, XP/Parallels opens and the correct explorerwindows is on the screen. However when I halt my iMac (Apple-shutdown) an then later restart. XP/Parallels starts fine however it now shows the Explorerwindows "My Documents". See screenshots. It looks like a bug to me.
