    I am trying to place a support request for my registered copy of Parallels but I am receiving an error that my support code is incorrect. However, the support code auto-filled correctly, matching exactly what is reflected as my support code issued within the application. Please help!

    Hello Klyntx. Support Codes no longer apply. The support system has been re-designed. Users can now place a support request from within their online Parallels accounts.
